Carnival Jubilee is one of Carnival's newest Excel-class ships, launched in December 2023 and homeporting exclusively from Galveston, Texas — making her the ideal ship for Gulf Coast cruisers. She features BOLT, the world's first roller coaster at sea, reaching speeds of 40 mph on a track that extends over the ship's edge; six distinct themed zones including Summer Landing, The Gateway, and Lido; over 20 dining venues; Guy's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse Brewhouse; and LNG propulsion that dramatically reduces sulfur emissions.
