I thought a sea day meant relaxation. I was wrong. It meant actually *becoming* the person I pretended to be on vacation.
I stood on my cabin balcony at 6:47 AM with my phone in hand, already scrolling through emails. The Crown Princess was gently rocking beneath my feet, the Caribbean Sea stretched out in every direction, and I was reading a message from my boss about Q3 projections. Some people never learn.
